<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><P><SPAN>Accuracy was predominantly based on Lake County GIS TaxParcels GIS layer file from Lake County dated June 1st, 2012. The outer parcel edge along the parcel boundaries was utilized to determine the respective corporate boundary and varies based on specific areas due to availability and accuracy of the original source information. Various irregularities that were obviously mistakes in the in the file were cleaned to better approximate a straight line between township/range corners. The spatial locations of the boundary lines depicted in this feature layer are approximate of their true location. This GIS layer is provided on an "as is" basis by the Lake County School District (hereinafter referred to as LCS), LCS, disclaims any and all warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The burden and entire risk for determining quality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability and fitness for or the appropriateness for use rest solely with the requester or user.
